... is fovouritism and appraisals are totally personal based not performance based.Salary is good but workload is very much there.Your personal life is diminished b/c of contnuing prolong working hours.Politics is very much there.Job security is very poor.The only thing that should be appreciated is skill development and from learning point of view as hospital recently accrediated with JCI.

Yes of course, I have been working at shifa international hospital since 2013, prior to that I had been there for a year since 2007 to 2009, and also been there since 2010 to 2012. I had a very good experience at shifa, I found it amazing working there, nurses team is the back bone there, they work in a great coalition by encouraging and positively supporting each other, according to the regional economic trends shifa is paying a very good salary package to nurses, there policies for employees are both patient and employee care centered. So job security is there. There are always opportunities to improve professional status, like improvement of education and skills that meet international standards. There an annual work performance 360 degree appraisal system.

Sometimes biased feed back from the seniors, delayed promotion.
