...o came from an incident response background and knew nothing about ISMS audits. Instead of learning or taking responsibility, he messed things up constantly, and the team took the heat for his mistakes. We got scolded for things that weren’t even in our control because management has no clue how to manage.
2. The CEO is a nightmare, plain and simple. She spreads herself too thin, dipping her hands in everything from audits to sales, and ends up doing a lousy job at all of it. If she decides you’re wrong, it doesn’t matter what you did or how well you did it—she’s going to yell at you to show her authority. It’s an ego trip, not leadership.
3. HR is a joke. One person runs the department, and they act like a tyrant. You can’t even use your phone when there’s no work, can’t study or do anything to improve yourself, and they monitor you on CCTV all day. It feels more like a prison than a workplace.
4. They expect us to work hard and deal with all their garbage policies while paying peanuts.
5. The air conditioning is so bad that it’s uncomfortable year-round. Add cockroaches everywhere, even in the water dispenser, and it’s a recipe for health issues. The place is disgusting.
6. They make employees travel in their uncomfortable, cramped Eeco van to different cities, with a “budget” of just 350 rupees to cover meals for the entire day. It’s just pure torture.
7. After you leave, they come after you for money, claiming breach of contract, even if you served your time. It’s like they’ll find any excuse to take your hard-earned money.
8. They actively give bad feedback to future employers. It’s their way of holding a grudge and messing with your career, even after you’ve left. It’s not just unprofessional; it’s downright malicious.
...een!!
1. Don't provide any perks at all.
2. Not having any of the facilities.
3. No reimbursement for any expenses you pay for official reason.
4. Management is mean and cannot be more worst than they are right now.
5. Don't care about employees at all.
6. 2 leaves only can be taken in 3 months.
7. No bonus or anything like that.
8. Management will blame the mistakes of themselves on you.
9. Management tells you that you are not working efficiently even though the management is allotting you some useless tasks and not assigning you any of the task which will considered in work efficiency. It's like not providing food and then asking why are you hungry...
10. Training is of 2 to 3 weeks with some cheap portal from where you can't get any useful knowledge at all.
11. Egoistic management and can't accept the point of employees and can't even listen any of the thing said by employees completely.
12. Biased management.
13. Only 10 public holidays are given and that holidays are not also holiday but you'll have to work for that holiday on some other day. It's actually shifting your work and not holiday. And even not all public holidays are considered by company which are mandatory for any Indian company.
14. You have to deal with the issues so many times because of management failure.
15. No professionalisn from management at all.
16. On the name of professionalism, the management tried to apply some unacceptable rules on their employees which are violating so many rights of employees.
- 9 to 6 work hours. No work after office hours.
- No salary deduction on reaching 15-30 minutes late to office.
- 2 early leaves without salary deduction, every month.
- Salary provided on time. No delay.
- No confirmation on completion of 6 months.
- New policies are created anytime. No proper communication with employees.
- Queries are not addressed. Some weird reasons are given.
- Once the AC stops working properly it takes 2-4 weeks to get it repaired.
- Even though you are right, you won't be appreciated. Also cannot be appreciated for completion of tasks on time.
The organisation could improve upon there middle management specifically. There is a lot of room for improved communication. The firm should reconsider the middle management and try deploying an asset who would genuinely work in favour of the organisation and its people rather than feed their own ego. The goals and values of the organisation can be conveyed to everyone in a much better way, so that there is no gap between expectations and and results. The organisation has deployed some very talented people in operations who are under utilised.
Nothing is good here.
Bad management
Bossy atmosphere
No one allowed to speak except for breaks
Top down management no one listens to the employee or his concerns.
Tips. If you want to stay in the organization keep praising the boss for no reason everyday.
