As this is a service company job security is verh low it depends on client and also there is no scope of promotion at all, management cant here you at all even if you are right or wrong you job is all on client choice.

Company is good but staffs are not supportive. We have trouble with my full and final since 25th February-2020. Still not cleared by them even all terms and conditions are ok, which are compiled by us... Overall site management are ok.

As i am working with shetty we are serving thomson reuters my superiour is a well organised person who teach me a lot about soft services reportings followups vendor managing and so on. We work togather as colleague and make sure timely dilevery of high quality services, as we have a small team so I have no scope to improve myself here anymore and nothing is new to me now although things are great and work culture are to good. But growth of financial and skills are now compromisibg here.

They tried to thefts employees money. Yet they didn't give my gratuity. I frequently asks for my gratuity. No one hear you and no special responsible person is there. Going many times in there's office at last I tired and give it up.
