Unorganised schedule for teachers. Highly demotivating professionals. The primary coordinator is disrespectful to the colleagues. And treats her associates arrogantly. Very dominant.Most of the teachers under her go into depression by her unprofessional behaviour. She is neither a leader not a commander, but she considers herself to be the Principal and all the associate teachers to be her students.

I have been working at Sherwood High for 11 years now and the institution has not only provided me with world class infrastructure but also opportunities to prove our ability, grow with the institution and provided quality workshops to enhance our skills on an yearly basis. This institution has been open to change to suite the requirements of its students and staff. The members of the board are very supportive and give us good exposure to new technology available in the education field. This helps us to groom ourselves well to succeed in life.

Sherwood High is taking all required steps to see that their employees stay safe by maintaining good sanitation and disinfectant processes within its campus. There is no compulsion on teachers to take classes from school. Teachers have their freedom of thought in this institution.

Teaching was Pain there as teachers aren't trusted there. Management relative's kids studying at school are given priority even if they make mistake and behave bad with teachers and same goes with the parents, it doesn't bother them if parents behave rude with teachers ! Pure dictatorship is what is going on there. About Corona Support they have chucked out few teachers right before Corona Spread predicting the Consequences to save money. In this secular indian country some specific religion people are appreciated and given more growth at school even if they aren't worth who belong to the management and Chief's community. Its highly unacceptable and unethical.

No Career Growth & Opportunities, No Job Security, No Proper Resources for teaching, Talented Teachers are treated as Morons and on the basis of what community they belong specific mass are given hike and growth irrespective of their knowledge and skills.
