I am extremely disappointed with the accounts department of this company. The manager is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire career. The working conditions are appalling and the politics within the department are beyond belief. The manager is unprofessional and lacks the basic skills needed. They are constantly micromanaging, creating unnecessary pressure and stress for everyone. They play favorites and promote a culture of favoritism, which creates a toxic work environment. Overall, I cannot recommend this company's accounts department to anyone. The manager's poor leadership skills, substandard working conditions, and toxic politics make it an unbearable place to work.

I was able to get a remote job and the HR was always available and helpful. The work they are doing is innovative.

Dislikes

The vision is fractured and ambitious without a solid foundation. There was no guidance or any help as a fresher and I was simply put in charge of important tasks.
