...matter because this regular practice at SHERATON GRAND CHENNAI RESORT & SPA. Second thing, THEY PAY VERY LESS SALARY COMPARETIVELY.

...e nationalities. He promote his liked ones. Marriott cultures are only in paper. They support GM and you will suffer with less salary and discrimination with Goran GM.

It appears that working in this Country, the Chinese workers are paid more and work less and do not have to do any split shifts. Others are exploited and is forced to live with 4 persons in one small room. Not to mention at times, no food left to eat

Does not promote growth and working conditions are different for Chinese being given better pay and more leeway than immigrants who work like dogs . Unfair labour practices

As Sheraton is my first property to work with I am very happy. I got my first work experience and was exposed to numerous knowledge about my work.

Dislikes

I was not satisfied by the salary package as per the designation.
