...bout this company, company is running by Directors who are aimles and no vision. Does not look after the staff at all, always tries to cut the salary of staff without any valid reason.

Dislikes

The Employee who gives proper notice also and give proper handover does not receive their balance salary. This company wants their Employess to work with minimal staff and 50% of their original salary is being paid. Worst Environment, Not a single Employees are happy with this organisation named Shenaz Hotels Pvt Ltd at Camac Street Kolkata

Dislikes

Do not pay salary to his employees on time , even deduct salary of employees without any valid reason. Long working hours in a day even extended to 14-16 hours. No lea
