I recommend never work in Shemford Futuristic School, Mehrani ,Saharanpur. All other branches are good but they are using the name Shemford only for admissions,although it is not a branch.Main office kindly take an action.

Dislikes

Salary just 15000 in hand and in A/c 30,100.

I appreciate the opportunity to inspire young minds and the focus on innovation and quality education is also commendable.

A few areas where there is room for improvement might include salary satisfaction and enhancing mutual understanding among teachers.

The only good thing about the school is the students .

The behaviour of principal mam is not at all acceptable kind of behaviour. she is always disrespectful towards the staff and if you are late even by 5 min your half day salary will be deducted They will bound your first month salary as a security but which they never return even if you resign . Principal nature is always demotivating towards the teachers lots of extra burden is there. Chairman of a school is just a puppet of principal .He work according to her instructions only.

School's management n staffs are very supportive... i had good work experience in Shemford sultanpur.Work environment is also good.. the school organize so many teaching n learning sessions that helps in many to improve teaching skills....one suggestion that i would like tk give here is that ,they should need improve salary structure n payment method..

They don't give salary on time....so i think they shuld improve their method of payment ....n should be on time.

Good work environment..Staff was very supportive and energetic.

Dislikes

...nt visits of the managerial staff along with their guest was very uncomfortable.Salary was also not very decent and the payment was very late.I had to quit the job as was not paid salary of 14 months
