Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. As company does not have any business work pressure is low.

Dislikes

Shell company no business.no growth.no appraisal only politics with professional. Job security is about they want to hold or release professional like CS and CA according to their convenience by signing bonds for 3 years,not as per the willingness of the professional and compel then to do work at a lower salary on the basis of bond signed without any increment.not good co for and educated professional having good future ahead.
