all approvals including rewards, work from home is manager driven. If manager is understanding, then its fine but some managers are clearly not flexible enough with not much facilities given to ladies in case of Work from home even when she is expecting. If you have already won a reward then that also has to be approved by the manager and sometimes he takes forever to approve it even when you have already won it.

great place to work with . perfect work and personla life balance. compensation is great

they do not recruit back the employees who left the company before due to personla reasons. I was actually very much interested in coming back to shell but i was not given an oppertunity

hybrid working, decent salary, safe environment to speak up

Too much networking needed, pressure on upskilling yourself. Forcing employees to come office despite no customer corelation, as a result productivity issues while working in office

Lack of long term goal specifically a country like india which is growing rapidly. New CEO changes the pay structure and salary goes bellow to the market standards
