-In terms of sales engineer the people are kept on probation for longer period even after completing 1 yr in company there is no guarantee that they will confirm you the job. It is purely performance based job. -Working with management is like everyday hurdles. Strategies are changed very frequently. -Company policies differs which is on paper and actual working style. It is not working pararally.

- Sales people are not confirmed unless you give results. - They give less time to adjust with the products they deal in and expects a target to get achieved in prescribed time, even though that sales person is not fully familiar with the product. -Every time strategies gets changes due to which it creates a confusion in sales person mind and ultimately the it hampers the sales. - Family oriented business
