I just say to dislike at Salary Increments which are given by inequality , It is better to conduct the quality of work and character, knowledge, but not for recommendations

Two areas of concern for me are job security and opportunities for growth. Unfortunately, I have noticed that job security is not as stable as I would like, which can be unsettling. Furthermore, despite dedicating many years of service to the company, I have not received a promotion. This lack of recognition and career advancement opportunities is disappointing and makes me question my long-term future at Sheladia Associates.

I join it here as fresher, Gain lots of knowledge and experience from this company. Get lots of support from our seniors and teamwork is very good.

Sometimes our concerns was not kept at first priority and also neglected by our College and also by the Contractor. Internal problems occurs sometimes other than than it is very good working here.
