Excellent place for freshers to upgrade knowledge in wireless, RF and networking field. The technical team managers are best, appraisals are fair and they give good good salary hike every year.

Salary is low at initial stage but appraisal are good. There is bond of 2 years before that you cannot resing.

Not good on incentives and compensation, specially for sales. Employee satisfaction avg. Manager don't value Juniors and their unique strength. Employee welfare lower than avg. On-site work is high but compensation as compare to work is poor.

you can get many things to dislike in the organization. i will start from director. 1. Director always do the partiality. if sales person generate a lead with higher order value, he divert case to there close one. 2. Director don't know the work life balance concept. if you take a personal leave, he will defiantly call 2-3 times in a day, without any urgent work. only take general follow up. 3. he will call you on weekend also. he expect employee should work 24*7. 4. He does not define any SOP, not gives the job role clarity. HR. 1. Worst HR i have seen ever. 2. HR having Zero authority in the organization. 3. they are having authority to order Morning & Evening TEA, Snack for employee. 4. they are not providing Separate washroom to female employee. 5. not providing clean filter drinking water to employee. director & HR brings water bottle from home. mentioned all points are 100% genuine. personal suggestion to do not go for interview. if you visit you can ask all above points to HR directly.
