Growth is slow.Work pressure is high sometimes.bad hr policies.Manager do not value an individuals,Most important salary is not on time and u will not get good increment unless & until you resign.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
