This organization is just fooling newcomers or who wants job, pay is very very less and if they still bychance pay you a bit good, they will owe you like anything. Top Management especially VP operations engage and promote toxic work culture. He will just butter you in beginning, show you that you are on cloud 9 and slowly slowly will back fire you with their toxic team mates. Hseq has no value, and trust me, more than 20 employees from this department left within 6 months because of this poor environment, no appraisal, no value of anything. They even dont give you experience letter at end of your resignation, you have to literally beg for it, have so much ego in supporting their own employees. Shit company so far. I usually dont write such reviews but this organization has test my patience level too badly.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new join

Teammates are supportive. Company policies are in development stage. Provide good salary and bonus to the employees. Maintain the compliances as per govt. Rules. The clients are provided with good services as per their needs. On job training are provided.

...itics we're there before but now more politics and discrimination prutiding out. No joining or resignation formalities like appointment letter with salary or perks etv.and exit note with reasons. No PL , CL, SL are granted.

I am writing to report an incident that I experienced with your company's VP Nilesh Dubey. I was working as a Front office manager with your company in the year 2021 at Coil Club, AMNS Surat I got a texted for a job opportunity from Nilesh Dubey however for the interview he wants me to come to Ahmedabad for 2 days on weekends and where has mentioned 'Not just an interview Also a small get away to ahmd🍾' which was not appropriate and I felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidated by the perpetrator’s behavior. I Am reporting this incident to ensure that appropriate action is taken to prevent any further incidents regarding this. You should investigate this incident promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure new employees safety as well as for the image your your company however there was no action from the company side as well as from.Mr Shashidhar shetty

I'll be honest that there is nothing that I liked about organization, the top management have no leadership qualities, they will only show you Miraj of good work culture and unnecessary and funny motivational speech that will left you speechless. Totally unprofessional work environment. Working hours: more than 11 hrs minimum.

1. Worst Company Culture 2.Top Management lacks professionalism, Leadership Qualities. 3. The HR policies? They even don't have such things. 4. HSEQ is new born and will remain forever newborn if HSEQ management stays constant. 5. Discrimination from HSEQ management, if you are girl and you raised a point then it's fine n you have all support but if are boy, you raised a point against them then god bless you. 6. If you are fresher, wants only money and wants to learn things*wrongly* then you can join this organisation. GBU. So Many fresher got stuck and are not able to get job somewhere else because of these things. Think carefully before taking any decision, and if you still join, suffer and left in the end after suffering all above things come back to this review and upvote /like or reply on this to help other good fellows.
