Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Till mid of 2023 the STS was a very nice company. It used to motivate all employees for work. Previous BU Head (Mr. Prateek Sharma) was supportive & knowledgeable person as compare to current BU Head (Vijaya Peri)

Dislikes

Current Management, Internal Politics, sudden changes in policies which is not in favour of employees. Team seating at Bangalore does not have any experience about how EPC oil & gas industry works. Management doesn't take any actions against that employee due to which whole site is facing problem. Worst Management Ever. Would recommend not to join in current scenario.

Almost 2 years ago and till an year ago, Sharp was a goto work company. Always felt fresh and motivated under the leadership of Prateek sharma and the CORE team. We were doing good business in India, expanding overseas, opening offices globally, recruiting people, entering more product ranges and everything happening for a greater good. But July 2023 onwards things changed.

Dislikes

In current scenario, nothing is good, internal politics due to Hyderabad gang, key people getting fired, salaries not being paid for F&F, offices being closed, projects not being bidder, old projects still stuck and all because of 2 blue eyed boys of Hyderabad. Sometimes, I also fail to understand that are the founders even seeing these changes. Won't recommend anyone to join sharp now.

Company is very good, independency of work is there.Bst place to learn from engineering design to construction.

Dislikes

HR persons don't care for the site peoples as they are not from the construction background.Not respond to any call or mails of site peoples.Most of the experienced and talented peoples are leaving because of this only.They don't care even you are the out performer.

Internal Politics, Non experienced persons got Promotion, don't have any SOP's, immediate termination, Third Party Roll, Top Management don't have a Professionalism.
