There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. The management never denies to provide leaves but they always create a trap inside which you will never be able to take leave.The management says they are not involved in politics but they are involved in politics.

Sharp Sight Eye Hospital management staff behaviour is not good they all are very proudly and always soughting also every day feelings when they will terminate us like that😭😭also don't have job security

The hospital is very clean and hygienic. Also my RM and ex-Centre manager was very supportive. Hence I had a quite good time working with them.

Dislikes

The environment that we have at Ranchi Centre. Fully biased, some people do politics all the time including my present centre manger. I hated the work culture at Ranchi Centre and due to this, the centre will never grow.

Nothing because there employee is only happy who knows the politics very well, hardworking is not important only is politics people are very very important there

Management doesn't want hardworkers only want the peoples who can pull the legs of hardworkers by there politics and unusual gossips which makes hard worker useless.
