1. Politics 2. Management trusts old employees blindly even if they are cheating 3. Frauds like Ramraj, Mukesh are biting the company from the base and management is not aware of this 4. Data is completely messed up within the finance 5. They want you to work with fasten hands. 6. No respect to professionals
