... absence of trainers, and new joiners must go through all 300+ SOPs themselves Salary is significantly lower compared to the competition Phones are not allowed, but there are no personal lockers available to store them in, resulting in the need to go to the main gate to use a phone Transportation facilities are not provided to new fresher joiners No proper parking facility with sheds, and water collects during rain in the provided area Office supplies are often stolen by employees.

Work culture is great. You can get tremendous scope in engineering point of view. Senior management is descent and supportive except corporate HR.

Dislikes

HR management very disgusting. You can't get benefits as per your efforts. Company (Corporate HR) does not think to retain candidates after resign even they performed extraordinary.

Canteen facilities very bad.H R policies not good.poor vehical parking. Attendance punch machine of production in production Area.you can't enter without dress.job training only in documents not physically.
