Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and aomeolate into the night.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
