Hey! New joinee who are thinking about to join this company get ready for minimum 12 to 14 hours duty, No Over time benefit, ready to work even sunday also,No CL, No EL, No chutti🤣 and no work no pay, No medical, etc.............!!!!

It's bull shit 3rd class company with 3rd class HR and Management people They hired me in Feb-2020, They forcefully asked to work 12+ hours for them, In March -2021 lockdown started, all management staff left with dropping a message by call, "company don't need you now, so you went back to your home", no one received the call of mine,They only paid half salary for April and May-2020 to me, During lockdown they forced to work at project site for the reconciliation of the project work which they have been working since 1 years , With a very tight pressure I completed all documentation and handover to them, Once they received the document, they completely make them isolated without receiving my call nor message. In between, they insulted me too much by their project Manager, so that I must leave the site. In June-2020 I came back with all my 2BHK house hold tk orissa with expenses of 66500/- , Flight ticket with 01 year kid 16090/- and( Also they didnot pay June month salary nor notice period termination salary as compensation) The nonsense fellow of this company not yet responding nor paying. So Never Join this company at any cause. Owner of this company also a nasty fellow.

Company is not for engineers, it is for diploma and ITI holders. Engineers, please don't waste your time and energy here for the sake of learning or experience. You will regret later.

I had given 6 year service to this company as a senior electricians, fully satisfied for the payment, working, safety , flexible relationship between boss to employees & opportunities for foreign country ..
