...ound 3.5 years but still they never promoted to senior executive from executive. Salary ncrement is also quite low.

...providing pick and drop services for employees and also brekfast is providing No late sitting salary increments after 6 months

Management is not good for employees some senior managers is merging professional and personal life. They are judging people over their dressing and passing comments over employess

I love to work with Sharekhan but there is a problem I m not satisfied with salary other earing are good but not as performance appraisal is also very low

There is no support of middle position employee they are think many time they are owner of the company

Awesome team mates friendly and attractive, training given was OK learnt by own, job was secured, career growth Based and performance politics also plays a major part, salary was not up to the work, travelling minimum 300km per week.

There is nothing to like about Sharekhan. Do not join this company for travel or admin profile as later you will regret for wasting your time. People here are more interested in divide & rule so that team should be against each other.. work is not given any importance here. Focus is to mentally harass the staff. People reporting to you will give the instructions what Manager has to do & what work manager will be doing. There is no value given to the position & nor to the long term commitment of employees who have stayed there for many years & suddenly they are demoted & asked to sit at the reception.. Worst company ever...........
