Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

You will just received your salary on time.

Dislikes

No job security, no promotion, Fraud company. They hire new employees for for some specific tasks for time and at the time of job confirmation or close to end your probation period they try to bother employee. Frustratedly you will have to left your job or they fire you by saying that your work is not satisfactory. We are not getting output.

The working environment of company is very good. Employees learn a lot and stay in comfort zone. Company organizes more activities for employees during festive season and offers bonus on Diwali 🎇

Dislikes

I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the work environment and management practices at this organization specially in KOLKATA. The work life balance is extremely poor, and the management, specially Raj Ojha and Santosh Raj, exhibit exploitative behavior, pressuring employees to work under any circumstances. The terms and condition mentioned in the employment letter are highly unethical, and employees are subjected to harassment, especially during separation process. Moreover, the HR department fails to support employees and is only focused on finding ways to exploit them further. There is complete lack of transparency, rules and regulations, which creates a toxic atmosphere for staff. I strongly advice anyone considering employment in Kolkata office to exercise extreme caution before joining.

I suggest every job seeker not to join this company ever. I got the worst work experience with this company. There is no career growth,no work life balance,no any training has been provided to the fresher and salary is less as compared to the work pressure. NOTE: DO NOT JOIN IT EVER
