Bad work teammates are not supportive and the management is worst they did not give good salaryand bonus every year but the work is too hard

Shardlow is pioneer company of manufacturing forged components and now is up to finished components.Since it had lot of ups and down, it could not come to an extraordinary level.But it has got enough space and locate on the main road. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
