Working with Tata Steel Limited was the best part of my career. At Plant ,it was good working culture. Safety issues were taken on top most priority.Training on various topics was imparted from time to time.Business transparency. Got good opportunity to mix with top officials of Tata Steel during my tenure as GM Operations. It was nice to get consecutive awards on innovation for TSL., 2nd Best Safety award. Energy conservation certificate from Ministry of steel and best medium scale manufacturing award from Govt. Of India.

Growth of employee is slow . No perks except Four wheeler and driver.At corporate level Work pressure is too much .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
