... go and join ,they deduct ESI amount but did not provide ESI card for employees.fans not working properly even the company didn't provide water for their employees, we need to pay for water think before join .

Middle management is doing avarage level, needs to learn more like lean, six sigma.

Personal emotions and performances are not recognised and highlighted, based on technicality the people should be appraised and it is not being done compared to supportive department

The company is not an professional management, no job security, No career growth,There is no value for hard and professional work, worst environment,no social security benefits. Employees are the valuable asset of the organization.but sharadha is not treating their employee in a proper way. Because naukri and other job websites are providing them the employee profile.So these kind of non professional companies are use and throughing the valuable employees, please do not provide services to this company and spoil a poor employee life and ur good name thanks.....
