If you are fresher good to learn the basics of programming and other fundamentals.

Dislikes

Outdated work machines , outdated salary policy , no proper planning on software cycle , management expects people to stay here until their retirement without any benefits given. Three year employment bond for freshers is too much . No final settlement for the employees leaving company, they give all kind of nonsense reasons saying policy change .
