I am very glad that I am be the part of a big group.. Our company is working 17 countries all over the world.. Since last 30 years... I learned soft skill and technical skill development. Working environment and culture is good and management is supportive to staff .. I get full accommodation as per company norms.

Dislikes

The growth is slow and no compensation as per performance.. Work pressure is too much.. I have to work 12 to 14 hrs per days..but results same.. no any appreciation and not carrier growth..

Its a contracting firm ECC where you work like a labor job and people are at your back always to probe and exploit you. Favoritism is the structure of the organization. The VP projects Mr.Sandesh Vaivude he himself is the culprit not helping with the down orders rather giving freedom to whom he likes. It is better to join petty contractors than to join such company. Increment is to the favorites only and rest 4 percent increment all the times.

This is very unethical organisation. It do not give my full and final salary payment even after 2 year. I file a legal case against shapoorji Pallonji through labour court. Totally a bad company. I think court need to put it's all owner in jail because he didn't gave employee salary even after switch off the job. If anyone have some strong step that we take against shapoorji Pallonji to put him in prison please suggest me.

1).Just do not join this company...if you are honest to your work. 2).Less experienced, untrained people who knows only SAP but technically zero people get double salary. 3).Worst part is nobody knows the responsibility.working Chaos only. 4).Specially if you are office staff. working is going to hell for you.... 5).HR DGM is biased she just pretend as she is listening your problem but she has No interest. 6).HR manager will be very sweet before joining.. once you join, you will realise somebody sweet talking person TRAPPED you.. 7)Whoever you are,if you are new to shapoorji , old staff will consider you 'gawar' as you know nothing..you don't know Excel, you don't know AutoCAD,you don't know engineering.. 8).They will ask you to attend seminars on various topics. whole course they will teach you verbally in 8 hrs. 9)Too much privilege for girls. At all sites stupid girls can come to office upto afternoon 12 & can go before 5:30 if they are good looking, for hardworking girls this is not applicable. Nobody asks them explaination.

1)If you are getting more salary in other company, join that one.. Shapoorji (Pune) is a big Trapp....RO me to chutiyo ka mela hai bhendi.. 2) RO me baithne wale to ISRO, DRDO, IES se bhi jada smart hai bhendi.

I was working in shapoorji in oman and zimbabwe. Compony is really very good .and they are providing good package and facility. No dought there is hard working people required. If u work hard then only u can work there.
