SPCPL is a process oriented company but not beneficial for sustainable growth (no promotions, no salary hike more than 8 %) of employee as per market / industry nom. Few management people's can target you. Promotions/salary growth are completely depend upon good relationship between you and project in charge. Regional office as well as site administration team / HR is completely worst they didn't know the how to talk with staff. Admin /HR do not know, What type of hospitality should be given to the staff. You have to take away your rights.

The most I dislike is salary range of an employee. Salary is not judged on basis of talent but on basis of what you were getting in previous organization. I joined there as a assistant engineer with one year of experience and trainee engineer used to earn more because of that i got demoralized and left the job very early and I request to my friends that please don't join Chennai region cause standard of living provided is like slum 15 people were staying in 2 bhk😭😭

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff
