Regrettably, the company's operations are characterized by a lack of systematic processes, which is a significant drawback for such an established construction company.

The salary and benefits is the best part of the company. The company is beneficial for the long run and one for the higher level position.

There is no scope for skill development. The one who works will be made to work and others left as they are. No independent decisions can be made.
