Company had lots of politics and Managerial person are most worst they are only saving there job and not doing there work. All there responsibility they gives there uder senior person and blame for wrong and if any good happenings take take their full credit without appreciating there senior and junior. Company is good but Only Internal Audit Department Head is Highly Micromanaging Cooking stories which does not exist and lying all the time and creating toxic work environment. Job Security is good compared to other companies or even other sectors. Life will be comfortable for bachelors as the company provides accomodation, travel, house help etc.

Work Environment is becoming poor due to nepotism and favouritism culture. Salary is poor compared to market. Growth is poor for even the GETs/PGMTs as the management doesn't give promotion timely. Most of the Engineers and Managers aren't good with Technical Skills which doesn't make the work interesting. Most of the task becomes mundane and non technical.
