If we work in Shapoorji Pallonji, we are looked at in a good light in the society. I feel proud that we work in our company, whose name is one of the top companies or our company We will always live in happiness and sorrow with our company or this is not a company, it is our family.

Dislikes

We do not get salary for the kind of work we do for the company. We look after all the health and safety work of the company. We also look after all the safety work. We stand by the company 24 hours a day.

Likes

I appreciate the company has many projects in many locations. But since i worked in New Delhi (Pragathi maidan project), Its good project to learn. Apart from that, there is no like and positive points.

Worst Higher Management - Not provided proper salary on time. Sometimes 3 months to get 1 month salary Salary benefits - They have PF which directly connect with trust which will not come to the employees Appraisal - Only who carrying HOD's b ls job Security - link with above point Work satisfaction and Company culture are linked with above points

Very Late salary, pay cut, no increment and no promotion. This is how they are supporting us during these hard times.

Late salary and low career growth. Even after doing ALDEP I see no managerial growth and no financial growth.
