I appreciate the company has many projects in many locations. But since i worked in New Delhi (Pragathi maidan project), Its good project to learn. Apart from that, there is no like and positive points.

Worst Higher Management - Not provided proper salary on time. Sometimes 3 months to get 1 month salary Salary benefits - They have PF which directly connect with trust which will not come to the employees Appraisal - Only who carrying HOD's b ls job Security - link with above point Work satisfaction and Company culture are linked with above points

available all over the country and will try to accommodate you to near by location of yours. Encourages campus placed trainees very well. Encourages well if additional responsibility is taken.

...ompany with less than what you get in present. North dominated in south regions. no work life balance and too harsh work timings with less bonus and increments.

Things have gone for a toss in last couple of years. The company had a meteoric rise but didn't update infrastructure and the operating procedures to maintain expanding business. The top management is myopic and bringing in unworthy people in mid management / regional leadership roles who have degraded the people oriented core values of the organisation. Off late, the management doesn't want to hear harsh reality and are over optimistic in targets which are vastly unrealistic and without any action plan. Also, at the helm, there is an increased tendency to dissect issues rather than to solve them. Bureaucracy is at its peak with no immediate turnaround strategy. Attrition is high and projects are delayed / running on huge losses.

Salary structure is good for deserving candidates.

Dislikes

Work life balance will be worst. Work load will be too high.No job security.No appraisal systems are being followed.Management never follow HR policies.

Work Life Balance is very much appreciable in SPCL.

Dislikes

Salary which the company is providing not as per the prevailing market rates. Those who doesn't depend on this active income from SPCL can join here and lead a peaceful life.
