Present appraisal and promotion process is not transparent. Salary and benefits of old/long term employees are much lower than new entrants or present market. Slow career growth for old/long term employees.

I appreciate the company has many projects in many locations. But since i worked in New Delhi (Pragathi maidan project), Its good project to learn. Apart from that, there is no like and positive points.

Worst Higher Management - Not provided proper salary on time. Sometimes 3 months to get 1 month salary Salary benefits - They have PF which directly connect with trust which will not come to the employees Appraisal - Only who carrying HOD's b ls job Security - link with above point Work satisfaction and Company culture are linked with above points

Offer below par salaries HR is keen to give below market value salary as they try to take advantage of the shapoorji brand name. In the process, they are unable to retain good employees

...ms of values, limited orders in hand so less scope of self-improvement & growth. Company is good in terms of security of the job and serious about the timing of monthly salary. Career growth is limited as the company has to explore more order to allow employees to grow. Outstation employees, like me, feel a gap between those at the corporate office. Work-life balance can be treated as poor but it is a mandatory part of construction companies and one has to live with it.

Dislikes

Compensation is less as compared to market equivalent and growth is slow. Work-life balance gets disturbed due to longer hours dedicated for site job.

Work satisfaction job security and skills development. Independently handle the various projects

Dislikes

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff
