I was unfortunate to work under a horrible Project Director, who was more into politics and no involvement in work to be done at site. Company has got talented and experienced civil engineers in execution level. But some were under utilized and most of them were wrongfully utilized by the site management team. Work culture was badly affected due to poor planning and dirty politics of higher authority.

Work satisfaction job security and skills development. Independently handle the various projects

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff

1. Salary timing is not fixed. once in 2 month approx 2. Top level involvement in small small activities. 3. Poor decision making 4. No decision making authority given to P.M site

The salary and benefits is the best part of the company. The company is beneficial for the long run and one for the higher level position.

Dislikes

There is no scope for skill development. The one who works will be made to work and others left as they are. No independent decisions can be made.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
