Work culture depends upon which project and with whom you are working .. But in my case i had all the freedom to work and leave the office at a stipulated time, always being in good books of the site management ...

...ectic... You will suffer If you are not with the right team of your frequency... Honestly, you need a good reference known to you for promotion or salary escalation

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joimees.

... planned here..salary not paid on 1st of month,it takes time of almost 2 weeks..it is ok as almost all project based companies have salary delays...
