...hat Management is not trusting them. Many old staffs has left the organization. Salary is coming after 2 months.

Company is really very good and supportive. Employer always think about employees. People in the organisation are also good. You can maintain work life balance.

...on of task you have to go to different people and no one will give you solution. Salary at which you join that will be your final salary otherwise salary increment are not so great. Career growth is really very slow. No new opportunities will be given. Very less training and learning.

Work Life Balance is very much appreciable in SPCL.

Salary which the company is providing not as per the prevailing market rates. Those who doesn't depend on this active income from SPCL can join here and lead a peaceful life.

Accommodation facility for Becholers is good.

Salary payments are often irregular. The payment schedule differs from project to project, and if client payments are pending, employee salaries may not be deposited into their accounts. This is the situation at the Mumbai site where I work. Prospective employees should be aware of this challenge before joining the company. Regrettably, the company's operations are characterized by a lack of systematic processes, which is a significant drawback for such an established construction company.

Job Security is good compared to other companies or even other sectors. Life will be comfortable for bachelors as the company provides accomodation, travel, house help etc.

Dislikes

Work Environment is becoming poor due to nepotism and favouritism culture. Salary is poor compared to market. Growth is poor for even the GETs/PGMTs as the management doesn't give promotion timely. Most of the Engineers and Managers aren't good with Technical Skills which doesn't make the work interesting. Most of the task becomes mundane and non technical. All good staff have left the company for better opportunities and most people who are left now don't have any drive in themselves.
