Job Security is good compared to other companies or even other sectors. Life will be comfortable for bachelors as the company provides accomodation, travel, house help etc.

Dislikes

Work Environment is becoming poor due to nepotism and favouritism culture. Salary is poor compared to market. Growth is poor for even the GETs/PGMTs as the management doesn't give promotion timely. Most of the Engineers and Managers aren't good with Technical Skills which doesn't make the work interesting. Most of the task becomes mundane and non technical. All good staff have left the company for better opportunities and most people who are left now don't have any drive in themselves.

Work satisfaction job security and skills development. Independently handle the various projects

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff

A good company to start as fresher as you have opportunity to explore each domains instead of being restricted to one. You have the leisure to learn about the duties of each domain.

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. Lack of Communication. The biggest problem with any relationship is lack of communication. Under Appreciation. Unfair Pay.

1).Just do not join this company...if you are honest to your work. 2).Less experienced, untrained people who knows only SAP but technically zero people get double salary. 3).Worst part is nobody knows the responsibility.working Chaos only. 4).Specially if you are office staff. working is going to hell for you.... 5).HR DGM is biased she just pretend as she is listening your problem but she has No interest. 6).HR manager will be very sweet before joining.. once you join, you will realise somebody sweet talking person TRAPPED you.. 7)Whoever you are,if you are new to shapoorji , old staff will consider you 'gawar' as you know nothing..you don't know Excel, you don't know AutoCAD,you don't know engineering.. 8).They will ask you to attend seminars on various topics. whole course they will teach you verbally in 8 hrs. 9)Too much privilege for girls. At all sites stupid girls can come to office upto afternoon 12 & can go before 5:30 if they are good looking, for hardworking girls this is not applicable. Nobody asks them explaination.

1)If you are getting more salary in other company, join that one.. Shapoorji (Pune) is a big Trapp....RO me to chutiyo ka mela hai bhendi.. 2) RO me baithne wale to ISRO, DRDO, IES se bhi jada smart hai bhendi.
