It was not a good experience. It was observed that company has started retrenching by calling them and saying to resign else your salary will not be deposited from next month. They have created a pool of jobless people in the covid era .On the other side they were protecting there who were near or relative of them.

Dislikes

The most bad experience is since they want to retrench they have made the annual appraisal also poor to support in removing and threatening.

Work satisfaction job security and skills development. Independently handle the various projects

Dislikes

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff

Apart From work life balance, nothing much to like

1. Salary timing is not fixed. once in 2 month approx 2. Top level involvement in small small activities. 3. Poor decision making 4. No decision making authority given to P.M site

The Promoters of the company is very ethical and very established company since 150 years. The work culture is good at Head office and good for someone looking for work life balance & Job security. Its kind of semi government there is no difference between employees who performs good vs a poor performer. No one does the performance review everything is fixed by HODs and standard increments are in the range of 5-8 % and for good performance they may give maximum 10-12%. After having more than a decade of experience i can tell this company is excellent to join when you want to retire and need some peace in your work life. There is very limited opportunity for career growth and salaries are below standards.

Dislikes

...iew your performance and increment are given based on relation with your bosses. Expect no salary growth even after performing consistently and promotions happen only after 3-5 years that too if you perform good. Now a days they are unable to give salaries on time and No performance bonus. Top management politics are as any other corporate house and they will eat up all the cream and working level people will be there at the same position even after they may have give their sweat and blood. Currently in Oct 23 the situation is chaotic and not a good time to join. If in future the situation improves and if there is revival it may be better to join but currently avoid joining.

Salary structure is good for deserving candidates.

Work life balance will be worst. Work load will be too high.No job security.No appraisal systems are being followed.Management never follow HR policies.
