Firstly poor management by Top management. As promotion and increment to the boot lickers of top management. Service department people do not get any respect for the hard work. The project Director treats the staff like a dictator as if he doesn't like someone or if one tries to improve something, the next the person will get fired or transferred. Top management supports this culture. lot of rework & cost incurred due to bad quality works but Top management still promote those who are the culprit because they are from construction team and favorite to Top bosses.

I like this company because of the company policy and system.

management simply believing project top people. due to this, some good and honest people are not able to continue in this company like me. because of these people i cant blame company.am the big fan of SP. I will be greatful to the company always.

Excellent company to work for. Management is very much transparent and gives lot of freedom to work freely and implement ones ideas for the betterment of self and the company. Very good team culture and part of family culture.

Very friendly management, open to innovation, positive attitude, safety concern is high, focused on commitments. Willing to learn. A bunch of HAPPY WORKERS , very seldom found together.

Always team work is good, giving training time to time by HR team and technical, Job is probably secure, career growth is average, salary and appraisals are on time, traveling arrangement by company, Policies are good, work environment is good.
