Business outlook is very negative in short and long term. 2. Salaries getting delayed by over a month. 3. Needs to upgrade systems and processes in many aspects. 4. Company is v good all things v good. But during my termination survey manager throw me out and I don't know to whom I complain. I worked three years with my great efforts. Please check the activities of survey manager all independent and good surveyors are his targets. He want low minded and weak surveyors. Extra ordinary and good surveyor he terminate by politics.
