Dislikes

The company is running a scam inside. They are deducting employee and employer's PF both from your in-hand salary. Only employee pf suppose to be deducted from your in hand salary. This is against labour laws. There is no ethics and work culture in the company. They are forcing you to slog from more than 10 hrs. I will not recommend anyone to join this company. Worst are their MD's. No ethics atall

There is nothing to like, no job security no company policies regarding employment, after 10 years of their establishment they couldn't even retain 10 employees..... Total employees are only 5 and they are also looking for a change. Every month team was changed no one wants to work their. I don't know how they are running their business.

Dislikes

Salaries are never on time.... Even they are not provide you offer letter and appointment letter, no company payroll no salary slips in short you don't have any proof that you're employed at their company... Or i say in their shop because location is very bad office is like a cyber cafe at some complex...... There is no policies and even they are not on their words, they talk about incentives which they never provide you.... NEVER EVER JOIN THERE !!!
