Work culture is best in the school and has a lively environment although the office politics is everywhere the school doesn't burden anyone with the unnecessary workload. Frequent staff bonding activities to provide relaxation to the staff. Approachable management and all ears to listen and take the opinion before making huge decisions.

Office politics and some newly introduced rules in the middle of the sessions. Growth becomes stagnant after reaching a point and incremental issues.
