...ation. HOD is too bossy. Not at all reliable in this situation. No job security. They have donated crores to CM fund but they cant afford their employees salary.

Work pressure is too high. Lot of reports to be prepared to justify your salary. HOD doesnt value any suggestions.

Good work environment and culture but overall HODs na not supportive.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is very slow. In this company, there is not a single authority to take decision. Only HODs will take decision of every small things.

Throughout Covid they have retrenched qualified and experienced staff loans have to be repaid ruthless shameful and disgusted to work with such educational institutions who have harassed and spoilt the lives of many employees no one has a vision in Education they are interested only in fees

There is a huge list which will not fit in this tab about the things which is disliked by any employee.. There should be one rating apart from terrible and that is worst.

I love having a voice. My senior listens to my ideas and the whole team works together to make them happens. We all support each other and work together to offer creative feedback and them made our ideas a reality.
