Good environment if you don't depend on salary as a need. Minimal hike is provided on yearly bases.Team mates are good and supportive.No work pressure, escalation or work from home.Work life balance is great advantage working here. Accommodation and lunch are provided free.

... edge technologies is not possible since they don't rely on the employee growth. Salary is really less when compared to the IT industry. Even experienced candidates work for less salary.

100% job security. There is no politics. Good place to work. They provide food and accommodation also. Free to learn and make innovative things in your way. Encouraging management.

Salary and appraisal is average. They should switch over to advance technologies like spring, hibernate, angular js.. Using struts and do the same things for all application is not good for developers.

Still I am working in this organisation because of founders vision(service to humanity, service to god). After his dead this organisation running successfully but not considering their employees life.

Here they recruits employees in volunteering without their knowledge. After more than one year working then only they consider the employees to permanent role.

They are not a professional, if you would like to work in vegitable market culture you can proceed further, they will not consider as you a employee ,they treat like a slave

When working as a temporary staff there is no pf or payslip provided and any leave including government holidays are loss of pay for volunteer employee. It doesn't have a transparent HOD in the department and always prefers people to just nod heads for her perspective alone. Work doesn't get recognised if you don't have good terms with the HOD and management will judge each employee only based on the HOD'S comment and based on which hike is given. So no true work is being valued.The department is very much similar to a school or school is much better than it. It would be good place if you are ready to adapt yourself in false praising and not questioning or expressing your views..
