I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Only genral shift me kaam Krna ,work load 0-5% only in 8 hours day shifts

Gundaraj of HR , resign ke baad jabardasti torcher Krna notice period poora krne ke baad bhi salary,bonus ,pf ka paisa nhi dena,aise company ke bare me kya hi achha rating de skte jahan ki HR hi apne aap ko superior smjte ho wo kisi ki sunte nhi chhaien wo plant head , GM, manger hi kyon na ho kisi department ke. Jahan HR department ko kaam Krna chaiye focus Krna chaiye waha pe nhi krte bs aap jeans pehn ke company nhi ja skte, tshirt pehn ke nhi ja skte aise aise uncomfortable rule hain jisko koi pasand nhi karta.
