Since the day I have joined, I really like the working culture over here. It is not only business oriented but people oriented organization. You can come on time, work and can leave on time. Work Independence is there, which really make us feel more responsible and motivated.

It's a very good company to learn everyday. People who do not like working or are lazy or not ready to learn should not apply to this company because no day is free over here. Salary increment is as you expect. Work load is too much but you get paid accordingly that matters. Office culture is very good. Bosses are understanding , Frank sometimes angry depends on mood also. But over all it's a good company
