The project are good but the environment is so bad.

There is nothing that i like in shanaya infotech. In initial days everything seems so good but after some time, the work load increase, salary issue arise, no motivation regarding the work, the boss is like a dictator & they break the confidence of the employee & mental peace is also effected. Always creating issue while giving the leave. There is no paid leave. There is no such management there. Overall bad working environment.

The company has grown immensely over the past 14 years and has been always there for its employees. The learning environment is good and there is a lot to learn. By giving the best to all employees, they hope to keep them happy. The company came up with a helping hand for all the employees and their families during this pandemic. The immense scope of learning makes this a great place to work.

Dislikes

Nothing. The work culture is challenging here, which keeps pushing you to work harder and smarter. It is something I love.

Good support from the management and the good place to work. Sometimes the job was stressful, but my Team Leader was extremely supportive and my colleague that were actually great mentors as well as friends. Managerial support gives me more strength to do enough and raise my standards of work every single day..
