Life in Shamrock starts when you joined at the age of 55 Plus (Totally Retired Life) anyone from India can joined with out without Knowledge and get High Pay when you join Mktg or Purchase Department. coz HR don't know to take Interview even Management is totally Un Educated

...ess is Bogus Very Poor Senior Staff and even Management (Except Only 1 Person) Blood Sucking Company, Minimum Pay, even final settlement of employee not given No one has any view on what they are working Complete Family Run Business (Just Like you are Working in Kirana Shop) Most of Internal and External Portal too Buggy and Not working Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor, Volatile decision Making which changes every week based on their judgement, can Make or break your career within a day Exports the Degraded Goods to Latin America / European Market, many material was return back from the consignee due to lower grade / rank / status, they vanish our India name in world. Special Treatment from Some Extraordinary Female Staff (Hope all Understand)

You cannot like anything about this company. From Management to HR to HOD every one is terrible. Disrespectful MD and HR Director. Never join here they will make you mad. They run it like a Grocery store. These stores are also better managed than this company.

Very bad experience and mind you that it did not even happen to me but i saw the MD Treating badly other employees and plus they hire then they give you totally different duties from the role which was offered. Apart from that there is no consideration for old and people with some difficulties at work. The old employees treat new ones as if they own the company. No good working culture and ethics. And after researching about the MD got to know that he is reputation is pretty bad in market in regards to money so beware.

Today was my last day in Shamrock.. I worked there for 3 years in purchase. It's been wonderful journey with my excellent team and amazing Management. Best example of it is the immense support we got even during worst Covid phase. Will always appreciate this gesture of my company. I wish Shamrock the best always👍
