Company is good But Management is horrible, no Overtime Compensation also breakfast,lunch and dinner is not free even in night shift,poor sanitation, no Increment in Covid period, 1 QA officer handles 12 to 13 activities at a time, production oriented company, production of batches is like flour mill, poor HR management.

High quality product has to be developed with in short period of time, process upto the product launch is appreciable and every department has involved to successfully New product launch.

It has a very good HR policy and system and place. Salary and other compensation is done in timely and effective manner. Very good travel policy for expats. The products and services they provide to customers are of best quality.

Dislikes

You don't have any freedom in working or taking any decisions. Even to sneeze you have to take approval on mail. And that too will come after the Horse is already bolted. Will specially a use against the Joining in the DRC East (Business unit). The work environment is toxic. No feed back is taken or even heard. The top manager is all knowing and Omni present GOD. So you will have to abide by him or you perish.

I am looking after Third -Party procurement & reporting to HOD Mr. Bhushan Chaudhari. Nice human being always ready to help you in all aspects. Give freedom to work according to your own style. About Company: Good for learning & development. Good work life balance. Evening thing is cool and nice.

Canteen food quality not great. Variable pay is part of CTC.
